The Fitness Festival at WOD Wars is the ultimate celebration of strength, health, and community. With a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to enjoy an action-packed day featuring multiple sports like CrossFit, Strongman, and more. • Spectator Passes (Non-Athletes):
  o Adults: $17.50
  o Children 12 and under: Free

Divisions

Adult: Same Sex Trios / Coed Duos – 10am-6pm

Youth: Adult/Youth Duos – 7am-10am

Adult team athletes will tackle 4-5 scored events across our exciting stages, while Adult-Youth Teams will have 3 dedicated events, fostering a fun, family-friendly environment. Explore all divisions and standards
