Before entering the stadium gates, all athletes must be checked in by their specific sport. Some sports may offer early check-in off-site or have a designated tent outside the main entrance. You’ll need to complete check-in and receive your athlete credential to access the venue.
If you’re unsure about when, where, or how to check in, please reach out directly to your sport’s promoter:

Raymond James Stadium & Bag Policy – Prohibited items
We are at an official NFL stadium, so we are required to follow their rules for safety. That said, we have made an exception for ATHLETES ONLY, to be able to enter with larger BACKPACKS with snacks and drinks. If you would like to bring your own snacks and drinks, please bring a BACKPACK style bag and not a duffle. Bag checks and metal detectors are mandatory at entry in accordance with Raymond James Stadium policy. Please avoid bringing weapons or any other prohibited items that would typically be restricted at events held at this venue. There will be food a drinks available at the stadium and re-entry will be available in case you want to keep any items in your car. All other attendees will be required to follow Raymond James Stadium/No-Bag policy and other parameters noted HERE.
Prohibited items: Tents, tables, chairs, cooler, wagons, weapons, pets (service animals ok).
STROLLERS are allowed in the stadium but must remain in the concourse and not on the steps or field. Thank you!
Athlete Village & Other Areas
There will be plenty of areas to “Set Up Shop,” including a covered corridor and parts of the lower stadium seating. Additionally, all athletes and attendees will have access to the epic cove, pirate ship, and field! Please be mindful of marked walkways that we would like to keep clear for attendee traffic.
On-Site Food & Beverage Options
A variety of food trucks will be set up just outside the stadium entrance for easy access all day long. Inside the stadium, head to the Pirate Ship Deck for all your refreshment needs — grab-and-go snacks, bottled water, Gatorade, energy drinks, water fountains, and adult beverages are all available there. 🏴☠️
Please Be Respectful
We ask that all athletes and attendees be respectful of stadium and event rules, regulations, staff, and other operational requirements. Hosting an event at Raymond James Stadium is a rare opportunity, and we would love to make it a permanent home for WOD Wars. That said, we need your support and cooperation. We also ask that you keep the stadium beautiful! Clean up any trash, belongings, etc. Let’s show them what we are all about and leave it the way we found it so they welcome us back for years to come! We appreciate you!
Conduct Policy
Please be courteous to your officials and staff. They are volunteering their time to make WOD Wars happen. WOD Wars has always been a fun and family friendly atmosphere. We have a zero-tolerance policy for swearing or disrespect to our team. Anyone who violates this will be disqualified from the event.
